Help with tattoo design?

I need some help/guidance converting this into a tattoo design. I don't think I can link to the inspiration piece- but if you go to ebay and look up celtic butterfly jewelry you can see some pieces.

There is one that is two celtic butterflies linked together like a love knot (it's a necklace/pewter pendant). I am trying to simplify it, but still keep it looking "tribal" and like two linked butterflies, except side by side not up and down. I would also like to incorporate a hidden mickey or two.

Could anyone offer me some guidance on how to do this or some ideas?

Yeah, I think you would be better off with the DISign team. They are pros at photoshop and the like. I would also suggest taking the image to your tattoo artist. They should be able to alter the image for you.
