Help with SWA $25 promo code

I used a promo code when I first booked my sons flight. Now, the returning flight went down in price. I got the lower price, but lost the 12.50 discount with the promo code. Can I do anything to get a 12.50 more credit? I got 21.00 credit instead of 33.00 credit.

the code is a one-time use, you need to use a new code when you rebook.

Thanks to alwaysmom, here's the info in an easy to read format:

It will say Share a Little Sunshine Win a little fun time.

#1 Click one of the postcard boxes (little white box).

#2 Scroll down a little bit to where it says share. Fill out the info for #2. NOTE: The recipients address is the one that will have to request the code. Scroll down to #3.

#3 click the little box that you agree to the sweepstakes rules then click send.

Your part is done. The e-mail (recipient e-mail) will receive an e-mail usually within 15 minutes or so from "Sunshine ......(something like that). They need to open the e-mail and scroll down to a little rectangle box that says "request code", they are theyone who will receive the code. I sent mine to my DH's e-mail. Once they request the code, they can share a postcard with you (making you the recipient) You will get the "Sunshine....." e-mail and can request the code too.

Once you request the code it takes up to 10 days (seeing less recently).

Hope that helps I think it may be confusing because it looks like a sweepstakes, It is but it's also where you get the code.

As others have mentioned you need a new code. The $25 code is a *one time use* only. You also need to do it in 2 different transaction. You need to cancel your current tickets which will give you the electronic funds. Then you can go back in and rebook using a NEW code and apply the electronic funds. Also worth noting, the actual fares need to come down. You cannot rebook using a code on a DING fare.
