Hello all:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Leaving in 4 days!!!!!
Staying at VWL flying SW need to know if anyone has any suggestions on how to get return boarding passes printed? We are a family of 5 and I really don't want to get stuck with Zone C boarding passes.
Does the Lodge have any computers available for guests?
Will the Desk print boarding passes at 12:01am? I'm an excellent tipper and would really tip well for this service.
This is the first time we have ever flown without seat assignments and I am very anxous and nervous about it.
Also may be going down again in the fall, so if SW works well I may book again upon return. If not its back to expensive tickets with confirmed seats!
Again any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

We were at the BCVs over Easter and spoke to the CM at the Guest Services desk and he was more than willing to print out our Boarding Passes for SWA. All we needed was our confirmation number! I did hear from another guest that accessing Continental was difficult for some reason at WDW.

Last Dec. we stayed at the WL and flew SWA. A little after midnight on the day of our flight, I went to the front desk at the WL and they printed out our "A" passes without any problems

You can now check in from your hotel (provided you have internet access) and wait until you reach the airport to print out your boarding passes, according to a recent Southwest emamil I received:
"Do you want to checkin online, but don't have access to a printer to print your boarding pass? Don't worry! To make your travel even easier, new functionality has been added to the RAPID CHECK-IN Kiosks found at the airport. If you have a Ticketless reservation and checked in online prior to arriving at the airport, you may use any RAPID CHECK-IN Kiosk to reprint your boarding pass. Getting a boarding pass has never been easier!"

You could also have someone at home check in for you online at midnight and print out the passes once you get to the airport.

We just did this last week at the WL. We actually had the front desk print the passes around 7:00 AM on our departure day and we still got A boarding passes.

Thanks for the replys! I'll try my luck with the front desk shortly after midnight. I have to also check in a minor flying alone but she'll get priority boarding on another flight, so we not concerned about her boarding pass. We however have a late flight and it's full. It's also our sons 6th birthday! He's not happy we're leaving Disney on his birthday but we made it a late flight. Last thing I want is to be separated on the flight home. Anyway looking forward to 10 fabulous days ay VWL!
Thanks again for the help!!

Not familiar w/SWA-what, why and how to avoid these "C" classes. What does this mean and what is the difference between classes? Also, does anyone know if SWA is an airline being used for magical express? TIA!

I have checked in at 10:30 AM for a 6:00pm flight and still got an A boarding pass. The front desk should be more than happy to print it for you, or just find a computer and check in and print the BP's at the kiosk at the airport.

I used a computer at the library to checkin the last time as I had no internet at the house.
