Help with Surprise!

We leave in just 39 days for a 40th birthday trip for my hubby and good friend. Little do they know, there are 3 other couples, all good friends, who are going along as a surprise !! I am soooo excited to surprise my hubby and friend, and have been working so hard to keep it a secret. Here's where I need your help... how do I surprise them? We are all flying out on the same flight so it will have to be at the airport. I was thinking about making matching t-shirts that say something witty, but I'm not witty . I need the creative brain trust known as Disboards to help me out! Dazzle me with your good ideas .

Anyone? Bueller? Lol! I'm really at a loss here. I am thinking everyone shows up in matching shirts and surprises them before we go through security. Or have everyone get to the gate before us and surprise them there... Thoughts?

I like your shirt idea...
How about something like, "Disneybound for Dave and John's 40th" Incorporating Mickey ears.
Or, "SURPRISE 40th DAve and John"
"Disney or bust"
or have everyone wearing Mickey ears and wearing an, "Celebrate Dave and John's 40th birthday"
