Help with song! please!

Ive only heard it once and can't remember what the title was or who sang it. Here it goes with what I remember.

It is country, and by a man (not sure if it was a group).

The begining is about a man sitting in his pick-up about to commit suicide and his phone rings it is his best friend wanting him to come over to the party and a certain girl was asking about him. His friend asked if he was busy and the man said no and he was on his way.

next part is a teenage girl who is pregnant and is about to have an abortion she is in the waiting room, but has a change of heart.

That is all I can remember, The kids were getting loud in the car.

So if someone can help please do. I know there is someone on the board who knows it. It is in my head all the time.

i just heard it the other day on a count down (i think).

Most the time, stations have the playlist posted on the internet. So you just search the time frame of when you thought you heard the song. They usually let you hear like 30 seconds of it.
