Help with Room request

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help?

I booked via virgin and have linked pop century booking to my Disney experience app.

I have done the online check in and the room request section was extremely limited.

I have called Disney UK number and they said Virgin have to request the room request ( never had this before once the reservation is linked) I have called Virgin and they said Disney will not accept room request from them since last year. (This along with not being able to book park tours or lightning lanes from the uk makes me think Disney no longer want us to visit)

Virgin said there is a notes section on online check on my Disney experience in but I can not see this anywhere.

Is there another way I can make the room request? I don't want to call the US number especially if they are just going to say I have to do it through Virgin.

I travel in 3 weeks.

You will need to call Disney in the US to add room requests. My reservation is also with a TA but I called Disney myself to have a request added to my reservation.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Going to look into a cheaper way to call them from the UK as can't do it via web call from what I can see.
