Help with Room Location - SSR and BWV

Hi to All

Will be in Disney in less than a month........Didn't lose the weight I wanted to: But SO EXCITED to be going.

Need all you experts help!! Staying at Saratoga Springs for the first time in a Studio for 2 nights before transferring over to Boardwalk Villas in a 2 bedroom.......

Location, Location, Location............There are 4 of us ME, DH, DD (16) and DD (20). Looking for good location near a pool, can be a quiet pool and not a seven mile hike to the elevators.......any have a good view I can request?

Any suggestions?

What kind of view do you have at the BWV? I'm guessing preferred? We love the quiet pool view there. There are a couple of nice stairwaysthat have easy access from the hallways that exit near the quiet pool or the Luna Park Pool. So even if you are far from the elevator, you can still get up and down to the pool qucikly if you don't mind the stairs. If being close to the elevator is a priority, you should request that and ask again at check in.

Thanks.......I would prefer the elevator over stairs.......My old knees (of course nothing else on me is old!! don't like stairs on a regular basis.

Here is a link with some room reports and it will give you some view comments. http://members.aol.com/InstImpres/boardwalk.pdf Asking for a specific room and getting it are slim but this may help you know if the room assigned at check-in will meet your needs. This will give you an idea of “sectional views”.

If you want to be close to the elevators, put that down as a request. List your requests in the order of importance to you. Most list their smoking/non-smoking preference first.

For example, NS, close to elevators, pool view. The fewer and more general the requests, the more likely it is you will receive them.
