Help with room at VWL

I need any and all information on which 2 bedroom is the best at VWL? When booking can you ask for a specific room? I would really like a dedicated 2br/pool view. I want to make sure that when it is time to reserve the room that I have all possible information that I need. So I could possibly get the room that I want. I have stayed in the main lodge before here and love the looks, so that's why we have decided to stay here. But I don't know much about the rooms for the Villas. I have found a site that shows each room, and I know about where I want to stay. I know that when I have requested a certain section at another DVC resort I didn't even come close to what I wanted. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

If you want a dedicated 2 bed. with a pool view, than that's what you need to request. Most importantly you need to request your smoking preference. I would not request a specific room, the chances of you getting it would be rare. MS will remind you that a request is just that, you are not promised exactly what you want. You should have no problem getting the dedicated room as that is a specific room type and not a request. You might ask nicely at check in about a specific room or area, but again depending on what time you are checking in, what day of the week it is, you may or may not get it. IMHO non of the villa rooms have spectacular views, a few have the pool view, and most are just woods view. Either way, I wouldn't let it make or break my trip. Good luck!

That's true about any view, you could have a great view and something else could be wrong with the room. Thanks for your input!! I'm more interested in a dedicated 2bedroom then anything else.

You should know when you book the room whether your getting your dedicated when you book it since it is a room type. That should relieve some of your worries. Again, hope you get what you want! Have a great trip!
