Below are two pictures of my rings. I need to have them made into one ring. Any suggestions besides keeping them in this order?

Are they being joined at any time with a wedding ring? My engagement ring had an enhance like yours so I had to start wearing it "upside down" (Enhancer loop on top) when I got married so it could rest flush with the band.....but it looks right to me now.

If you are only wearing it as a cocktail ring I like the diamond on top.

No there is no wedding wring. It isn't for that finger any more.

For those who might read this thread but don't know, I no longer have a husband so I will no longer wear this ring on "that" finger. Since I bought the rings for myself it has been important to me for some time now to have something done with them so they no longer represent part of my wedding set.

It will be a ring I will wear daily and will be on one band instead of two like they currently are.

Where are you taking it? If you take it to Wick & Greene or Karat patch, they will be able to do it with little to no instruction. Heck, W&G made my band to match my engagement ring with just a minor description of the Ering...There are other good jewelers here I know, those are just the only two I've had personal experience with.

Are you going to get rid of one band altogether, or are you combining the two? Does that make sense? I get that you're combining stones, I just don't get if you're having the bands merged together, so to speak.

I had two rings that I combined. One was my Grandmothers wedding band. A solid gold wide band. The other was my birthstone ring. My grandmother and I shared a birthdate so I had my birthstone ring placed right over the outside of her band. I love the way it looks. Why not by a simple gold band and have the whole ring set on it. They will need to cut the old band and stretch it over the top. It would look like a new ring.

I'm not sure about the bands. I'm taking it to someone in Hickory. The jeweler will have the run with it I guess.
