Help with restaurant choices

It will be 6 of us and we are not doing any Disney reservations. I need to know the best and less expensive places to eat in each park. It looks like Cosmic Ray's in MK, ABC Commissary in HS are some of my choices but wanted to get the Disney experts opinion since this is only our 2nd time there. any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't eaten at DHS in a long time but here are my suggestions for the other parks:

MK = Cosmic Ray's

Epcot = The Electric Umbrella or The American Adventure

AK = Pizzafari

I don't spend the money to eat at a nice sit down place so it's all counter service for me.

That is the way we are. I would also like to know if anyone knows for sure that you can ask for ice water and get it free from all food service even if you dont buy food.

We have eaten at several places in all of the parks during our three vacations. I only have two places that I would not go to again. One of them is Cosmic Rays. We thought it was awful. I would go to Pecos Bills in Frontierland or Elpirata in adventureland. Both have decent food at reasonable price and outdoor seating which is nice. On that side of the park its a little more pleasing to the eye as well.

MK = Cosmic rays and colombia harbor house
if open the taco bar next to pirates

EPCOT = america best salads on hot day
china / japan quick service is decent

HS = abc commisary

AK = I think the picnic in the park idea might be good
