Help with reservations for the Perfectly Princess tea party

I have a friend who has reservations for her & her daughter for the party in March. I've decided to take my daughter as well. How is the seating done? Advance seating assignments? Or seated as you arrive?

There is space available that day. Should we cancel the reservation for 2 and rebook for 4 so we can be together? I'm not sure how this works.

I took my DDs to this last year and the seats are mostly 2 person tables. I would call and change the ressie to reflect that you are meeting friends and that you would like to be seated together at a 4 person table. It was a lot of fun, and the girls have a great time. They will be very accomdating. They will seat you all at the same time, they will introduce each girl as Princess ________ (fill in the blank). Have a great time.
