help with rental home areas... please!

am looking to rent a home... things are finally looking like they might firm up ... 8/22-29 for six adults, five kids...

we're looking at 5 & 6 bedroom homes with three master bedrooms and the rest - kids rooms...

anyway - i need to know which are the closest areas to disney... (i think i've read formosa gardens & windsor palms) - anything else????

also - i think some of these communities offer "clubhouse" privileges or other amenities to the home renter... do you know which communities do this??? would it be all homes in the community that offer that privilege because i think i've seen it written about in one area but then not mentioned again in listings for other homes in that community...

Rachel fran -all commuity facilities are available to anyone staying on that community.It is down to the owner of the home asmtohow much information they put on their website regarding them.The faciities vary from community to community but most will have a communal pool ,tennis court or basket ball court maybe a childrens play area .Some of the more modern ones may offer a clubhouse ,cinema or fitness centre but if the house you are looking at has a dvd /video or even games room you may not need to use these.When you find a home you like the look of ask the owner about the community if they haven't given you enough information.
