Can someone help answer some questions for me? My inlaws are able to get us OKW for 8days/7 night for $367 at the end of August.
Can we add the dining plan?
How do we book our dining reservations?
Is there any downside to this?
How do we order park tickets?
Can we use magical express?

Thanks so much for any help you can provide!

You can add the dinning plan it needs to be for the entire trip and needs to be added before you arrive.

you can make dining reservations at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/

Down side you can't be sure where your room will be located. Also there is a fee at check in 95$ it will cover all transportation including magical express.

You can order park tickets any way you like from the Disney site undercover tourist or any discount site you like I always purchase mine at the desk when i arrive (note only purchase what you are sure you will use you can not get a refund for unused tickets but you can add extra days for only the upgrade cost). Not sure how the new wrist band ticket will work if you order the tickets off site.
Magical express needs to be booked at least one month in advance there is a number to call on your conformation from RCI They will send you luggage tags and Tickets.
Hope this helps :)

When you receive the confirmation for the RCI reservation, there should be a contact phone number included for DVC Member Services. You can call them to book the dining plans and Magical Express. For dining Reservations, you can use the regular Disney World website like all other guests, but it may not let you do 180+10, it doesn't play well with DVC reservations.

Park tickets are on your own, you can buy them at check-in, through the Disney World website, or any authorized ticket reseller, like Mapleleaf Tickets or Undercover Tourist. The resort can add those tickets to your room keys either at check-in or by going to the concierge desk.

I agree with the above info. The one thing I'll point out is that you must get the DP for all people for all 7 nights no matter what. Even if it's a studio and you have to pay the additional $95 at check in, that's a very good deal. Are you sure they can get it, that it's actually available?

we book it yesterday. the person on the phone was shocked it was availbale too! Iam a research person and it was so quick I was nervous but I am hoping that it will all work out! For $367 how could I say no!

I saw that yesterday! LOL! I'm watching for something later in the year.. not getting my hopes up though since we have very limited time frames we can go due to the kids schools. BTW, we booked into OKW for end of July at the end Feb last trip.
