I am not particularly impressed with any of the choices at DHS and Epcot I've tried Sunshine Seasons and was underwhelmed. Open to things in the World Showcase or a nearby resort area. *note: I need a place with Gluten Free options- I have Celiac *

I don't know about Gluten free, but we always eat at The 50's Prime Time Cafe at DHS. We always enjoy our meals there. 50's Prime Time has great fried chicken. The SciFi at DHS is just "okay food" with GREAT atmosphere. Everyone should eat there at least once. The food isn't bad, it just "Ok".
Epcot - I had a really good steak at The Coral Reef and Jack Daniels Mousse for dessert that was really good. We also enjoy the pizza at Via Napoli. The tiramisu dessert is really good there as well. Perhaps some others can fill you in on Gluten free items.

I know nothing about gluten free options, but you could always check menus online :thumbsup2 we love Tangeriene Cafe in Morocco and Katsura Grill in Japan. We also love the Boulangerie in France but I don't know how many gluten free things they could offer considering they sell about 80% bread, lol.

FWIW, I totally do not understand the obsession people have with Sunshine Seasons. We've been there a handful of times, and it's just ok. Much better food to be found in the WS :o

I think there are a couple of good blogs like gf/df in orlando, etc. just google gf disney dining- that said, personally, one my treats I love at DHS is the gf allergy chicken tenders(and the fries)...the place near Star Tours... I NEVER eat these things at home,EVER. But at DHS they are so good! Many qs places now have a wonderful premade allergy menu to pick from, just ask when you arrive.
At Epcot,oh my so many choices! one of my faves is the qs at Tangerine Cafe in Morocco- I order a chicken shawarma platter without the bread.... and it is so good. Ditto the bakery area in France.... they have some YUMMY gf options there.....
remember just ask at the register for the allergy menu...easy to read for gf eating....

Like the others can't help with the glutten piece, but in Epcot we love Tangerine Cafe. Not sure if TS is an option, but for us that is really the way to go. There are tons of great TS that offer food for not much more than QS and you get not only better food, but a much better experience. At Epcot we like San Angel Inn and Teppan Edo. At MGM it's SciFi or 50s all the way

There is a great blog called "Gluten Free in Orlando"

She reviews most, if not all, of the restaurants at Disney.
