Help With Profile Picture

Hi all, I keep trying to add a picture to my profile as my avatar but it won't let me. I keep getting this message that I "don't have permission to perform this action"

Thoughts?

You need 10 posts before that feature becomes available. Then it isn't immediate but may take up to 60 minutes to unlock.

Also, be aware you have to have been registered 24 hours before the extra options are available to you.

Well, it's not a specifically named option (a name on a list) since the upgrade.

Click on your username in the upper right. Then click on the round avatar circle in the upper left of the pull down menu. You should get the options for putting an avatar in.
