Help with preprinted luggage tags

We are leaving on the 7 day Magic Eastern on Sat. and we really like the tip concerning preprinting labels for our luggage tags when we leave our bags outside the room. (As opposed to hand writing our name and address on 10 or so tags)

Can anyone tell me what info I need on the tag besides Name, Home Address, and Phone number?

ok, they list in this order....

Number of Pieces of Luggage
Stateroom Number
Name
Address
City, State, Postal Code, Country

I grabbed a handful of the return address labels that various charities and our insurance agent are always sending us. Worked well to just "peel and stick". Then write the stateroom info and the "1 of 3", etc on the luggage tags.

Great. I plan to print up some labels on the computer so we'll have them ready. Can't waste time preparing to go home, now can we?

I thought they sorted the luggage based on the character of the luggage tag? How would they do that if you print your own??

You just print a sticker and stick it on the back of the tags they give you instead of writing them.

DrCavin,
The tags are not preprinted with YOUR info. .. all they want to do is preprint the info on self sticking tags so they are not wasting time filling out 13 or 14 labels. I do that when i go to house shows or craft shows. Saves me time to just stick on my own address label and off to the next booth.

I hopes this helps if anything else, it saves time.
