Help with Poly Room Choice

We are schedule to be at the Poly Feb. 12-18. We has a GV room booked. We may upgrade but it will depend on codes.

We are grandparents taking 2-children ages 12 and 8. We love to walk. We prefer a quite local. Plus we have allergies to mold spores.

I am thinking one of the newly refurbished rooms. Should I request a certain longhouse or just wing it.

I read some disappointments on certain rooms and longhouses. I am not a picky person but would hate to have problems with mold spores.

We stayed in the Tahiti building, which is a newer building, BUT we noticed mold growing in the bathroom. That was my only complaint about the Polynesian. I, too, have allergies and was not affected by the mold in the bathroom. We actually complained and housekeeping cleaned the areas with bleach (which is a smell I HATE).
