Today, I upgraded our stay from a standard GV at the Poly to a Concierge GV. I am a complete concierge newbie and don't know what to do next. Will I be contacted by the Poly? Do I need to contact them?
It will be an anniversary trip, and my wife thinks that we are staying at the ASMu the whole week. I just want everything to be extra special.
Any information you could share would be very helpful.

We've stayed in Poly concierge three times. They iniated contact with me the first time but not the other two times. I've seen people speculate that it depends on how you made your reservation. I'm pretty sure that the last two times I called the DC number to make my ressie...not sure about the first. At any rate, I have made almost all my own PSs. I did call them for a 60 day PS when we were going to be in the Northwoods without a phone during the 60 day out period. Matthew came through for us. Melissa got a PS or two for us on our first trip. They're great.
