Help with plans for 3 days in WDW

We’ve always used Orlando Airport Towncar Service and been very happy. I think there are several other companies that I see on the boards, too. Tiffany towncar seems to get mentioned a lot with good reviews.

I like the convenience of having someone meet us at the baggage terminal and go right to the resort and then know that they will pick us up and go to the airport at our requested time on departure day.

We used Tiffany in May when we had to add on a day due to flight changes but couldn’t add a day to our rental. Tiffany was great: prompt, courteous, efficient, personable.

How late can I grab our bags from Bell Services? On Day 3 we have to check out of AKL, but we're going to spend that day in the parks.

I'm needing to grab our rental from Car Care. I'm finding that both Car Care as well as the shuttle to there stop running at 7PM. What time should I plan on leaving (and from where? Hopefully AKL) to get the rental car?

Also, does the app push notifications about upcoming reservations?

1. Yeah, I've seen that at one point it was 24/7. I'm very leery of any pre-covid policy being the same now though lol.

2. I don't think I've seen a start time for the rental, I'll have to check. I was hoping to pick it up as late in the day as possible.
