Help with planning please!

We are 2 adults going to Disneyland from September 27 to September 29th and have a 3 day hopper pass.What is the best day to go to each park?We are not going to the Halloween party if that helps.Thanks for your help!

Sunday in DLR, and Monday morning in the DLR, then jump over to DCA around 6 pm, Do the Tuesday in DCA. Park hop when you want, but be advised that DCA will be super crowded on the afternoon of the party.
