Help with planning 1st trip with 6yr old

Hi
I'm really into planning mode now but I am stuck on what to book.
We arrive on Monday about 11ish but would have been up since 5.30am.
We are there for 3 nights and leave about 6pm on 4th day.
I would like to do the following but really wanna see all xmas stuff.
cafe mickey
Buffalo Bills
Inventions

I'm thinking get there on Monday watch xmas stuff and have Mac D as little one might be nackered or chance it and book Inventions
Tuesday - Buffalo Bills 6.30 show
Wed -Watch Xmas Stuff again and Cafe Mickey

Any thoughts

I wouldnt book Inventions for your first night. As you say your little one (and you) may be very tired and its an expensive buffet to waste and not enjoy. the food there is delicious so you want to make sure you are ready for it. Is it your first time? If so its also worth seeing how your little one copes with the character interactions as some children have found they dont like them (usually younger children though)

we have found that our girls are always wide awake on the first evening from all the excitement but they get gradually more and more tired and grumpy as the days go on. Could you book cafe mickey for lunch on your last day and do inventions on Wednesday night instead?
