Help with personalization? M-I-C-K-E-Y Disign...

Hello all Disigners! I have an image I saved a while back and I need help finding the Disigner or having someone help me personalize.
I would like it to say Morgan and change year to 2009.
If I am able to find the original Disigner, I would like to compliment them on their creative skills...the picture is so cute!

This is one of my former Disney designs.

I no longer am able to do Disney so I cannot make any changes.

If there is another designer who would like to work on this - it is fine with me.

M-I-C-K-E-Y, as I stated in OP, you are creative and talented. I appreciate that you will allow another disigner to do the personalization.
I hope I get an offer- I have no skills for this!
