Help with our new Nintendo 3DS & netflix

I know this is not "budget related" per se, but this the board I frequent.

My DD recieve a Nintendo 3DS today. I connected to the router. I have installed the updates. I downloaded the netflix app. I click on the app and it keeps telling me it cannot connect to the server. I can open the internet browser and search. I can use the eshop, so I know it's not the router or a connection issue. Somebody please help me before I run over this thing with my car

just keep trying, i just got ours connected it took a long time, watching hook on it testing it out

I couldn't put in the activation code since it won't connect to give me a code.

P.S. It FINALLY connected after repeatedly hittin the try again button.

This was our experience today. Probably swamped with all of the new devices (DS, Roku, Blue Ray, etc) trying to get authorized.

That's what I figured too. I was just really frustrated b/c I knew my DD would love the Netflix app.

just understand that the servers are going to be extremely busy the next few days, i know i sold at least 200 3DS' my self, (one person, in one store) so i cant imagine how many people got as gifts this year great for nintendo, tis is such a great device
