help with online checkin

From my home computer, I decided to do the online check-in. Under room requests, it said it had something on file then I was able to choose from a drop down menu with "near elevator" as the only option. Is this a glitch? I didn't click ok because I actually was hoping to make a real request. Would there be more on a 2nd screen? My reservation is linked with another family. That's the only thing I could think of that they might already have on file. We were hoping to at least request a particular building.
 
There have been a lot of issues with online check in and room requests lately. You can call and have it noted on your reservation.
 
Update 9-27.... OLCI still broken We check daily, with both IE and Chrome.

BUG #1... your OnFile CC wil get flagged as expiring. Pick ADD, use the SAME ON FILE CC - boom, no more complaint.
BUG #2... Room Requests limited to "upper floor" and "near elevator". An improvement: list was empty 4 days ago.
BUG #3 ... NONE of the above matters, as OLCI will "forget" everything you just did if you check back the next day.

My bet? OLCI and backend DataBase communications are broken.
