help with online checkin

I'm trying online checkin for the first time. It seems pretty easy until I get to the room request part. I can't seem to put anything in there. I clicked on the add request and I get the pop up window that tells me I can put 2 requests in but I can't actually type anything in the box. Is it because I already made my request when I made the reservation? If so, does it transfer over from MS? TIA for any help!

The room request section is for CRO guests only. DVC reservations need to have any requests noted on the reservation by MS.

I also experienced difficulty with the online check-in re: requests. We went in early May, a split stay at BLT and BCV. Strange thing was that I wasn't able to enter any requests for our BLT reservation but had no problem with our BCV reservation.

Thanks for the help! I am now checked in and called MS to verify my requests. Now I just can't wait to go!!
