Help with online check in at the Grand

I was trying to do online check in for the Grand and I thought from other posts that I would be able to choose a particular building. My only choices are Ground Floor, Upper Floor, Near lobby, Lower Floor, Near transportation, Near Paddock. When someone posted a screen shot earlier it had building choices like Boca Chica, Conch Key, Big Pine Key, Sago Key, Lower Floor, upper floor, near elevator, etc.
Just wondering if I am doing something wrong or why I dont have those options. Thanks for any help

I don't know the answer, but I'd like to see what others say. I had wanted to request a king bed, but that wasn't an option either. Try calling them, that's how I added my request.

I was on hold with them when I posted this. I finally got through and the girl said she didn't think that was an option anymore. She put me through to someone else who was thankfully able to add my building request to my reaervation. I booked through orbitz and hate having to go through them to get anything changed or added. All of the orbitz agents I have talked to so far have not have English as their first language making it hard to communicate things to them. A very nice CM checked my reservation for me and added my requests.

There is a king room available, but it's club level in the main building. On the outer building rooms it mentions what type of beds come in that room and have king bed listed as an option

There's been some kind of issue with the room request section for years now. For example "near elevator" at CBR and "Full Balcony" at POFQ. Both are non existent at each resort. It's why I have always called my requests in.

When you call you can note exactly what you want and order of preference. You're not tied to the predetermined options online.

I dont even know what a paddock is….what is that? We are doing a split stay at the CR first for 4 nights then the Grand for 4. It was an option on the CR request also.

The Paddock is the name of one of the pools at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. So yes, definitely a mistake.
