Help with one of Natalie's designs???

I'm hoping someone can help me with a New Year's design of Natalie's.

Is it Ok, Natalie?

I absolutely love her Tink Happy New Year's design but was wondering if the year can be changed to 2012, or better yet, leave the year off that way I could wear it every New Year's!!
