Help with officiant?

I am trying to figure out what officiant to use for our Memories Wedding. We want a non religious cermony, but something personal, perhaps including our own vows. It is just going to be DF, DS and me. Who would you recommend and why? Thanks so much.

For my wedding in October, I am using Teresa Knox. Her and her husband offer a completely civil ceremony, and it's also customizable. They sent us a great ceremony planning packet and we were to "mix and match" from some of their suggestions in the back of the packet. The packet has pointers for doing your own vows and non-releigious reading options, if you want readings. (We are doing a passage from Winnie the Pooh!)

Teresa has been great to work with - she is always prompt in responses and is 100% willing to work with us to get the ceremony we want.

Forgot to mention - the Knox's also have great suggestions for including children family members.

One of the Memories brides I interviewed recently recommended Renee Silverman from A Lovely Ceremony as a great choice for a nondenominational service.

Throwing a vote in for The Knox'... Rev. Kev is going to be performing our ceremony. They've both been fast with getting back to us and are very nice as well. (They have really good reviews also). Having said that, you can also look at Jack Day... a lot of the ladies have used him as well.

Another Vote for Rev Kev and/or his wife - he presided over our daughter's wedding and then our Memories VR - we used parts of the ceremony they provided and hubby and I added our own sentiments - turned out beautifully (It was just the two of us and Rev Kev there on beach at the Poly. (Oh yeah - the violinist, photographer and coordinator - but you won't even notice.)
