Help with Neice's 2 day visit to the parks

Hello all. My neice (Sara - 21) is getting married in October and they are going to Florida for their 5 day Honey Moon. They are spending 2 days at Disney (hopper passes) and 2 at that other place (Universal).

I know they are going to fit it as much as possible on their 2 days at Disney...can any of you give me any advice to pass along to her. Also can anyone give me some ideas of a something nice I can do for them for their trip to make it more magical.

Disney has lots of stuff:

A Grand Floridian Dinner for two on their dock (about $260). Exceptional
Pay for a nice dinner at Citrico's or CA Grill (about $150). Excellent
A bride and groom spa treatment at GF or Sarasota Springs (about $200) Very Good
A tandem Parasailing ride at Contemporary Resort (about $160) Lots of fun.
Rent 2 mice and have them sail about in Seven Seas Lagoon (about $100 for 1/2 hr) fun
Schedule a Specialty cruise Wishes or Illuminations ($270) Terrific
Buy them 2 "around the world segway tours" at EPCOT ($160) Excellent
Buy them 2 Deep with the Dolphins tour at EPCOT Living Seas ($320) Excellent
Pay for their honeymoon (Priceless)

Those are wonderful ideas..thank you. I will need to talk to her and see what their plans are and how much time they have.
