Okay so nightmare is too strong. Here is our situation: ressies for march 8-14 at BC. I am flying in a day early from denver my husband is flying in a day early from anchorage. He won't have luggage. We will stay one night at POR and switch the next day. We will all fly back to denver the 14. How does ME Manage this? Hubby will land at Mco early morning. The kids and I won't get in till after 9pm. I'm afraid the people at disney will mess this up. Any suggestions or kind advice? If I have posted in the wrong forum feel free to move it : ) thanks!!!!

I don't think it matters as long as he has his magical express tag. The one with barcode that they scan when you board the bus. My mom has been a part of our package every time we have flown and she typically flies in from Detroit while we fly from Chicago. Magical express gives you tags for your luggage and if I recall correctly it is one piece per person that they will transport for you. No luggage no issue. They will ask for the bar code scanner my mother has had to mail it to us when we have traveled separately especially on the trip where she arrived and checked in at the hotel several hours before we arrived.
Hth and I am sure others will chime in.

I don't think you'll have an problem at all. Even if your husband doesn't have this ME voucher, he can just go up to the counter and as long as his name is on the reservation he'll get on the bus. It doesn't matter that you are arriving at separate times. Same story with the return. I would probably call ME once we were there to confirm that they know that you will be picked up from BC but that should be an easy call.

I personally use www.disneysmagicalexpress.com to make ME reservations. Easy peasy and I don't have to deal with a CM without a clue. That site might make this all rather easy for you.

We have often had members of our reservation arrive and depart on different days and times - don't worry. In fact as long as you have a voucher it doesn't matter when (or how!) you arrive and if you tag your bags they will be delivered (prior to 10pm). Just give DH his voucher to ride DME and if you forget he can just check in at the DME desk.

I would make two separate reservations - inbound to POR and then outbound from the BC. You will get your departure information at BC the day prior to check out so you can verity the info.

No Worries :)
