Help with my ebay groupon??

This was my first groupon purchase - just bought what I wanted off of ebay, and on my check out page I put my groupon code and it says the code is not valid - am I doing something wrong?
My code is #28XXXXXX-0-1 - looks like that (only the X's are #s) - is that the right code?

I used mine earlier, today with no problems.

You shouldn't need to use dashes...

That was the groupon assigned #.
But if you go to your groupon acct there there should be a "My Groupon" page. You can see a Print button. And when you see the page there should be a Promotional #. That's the # you need to use.

Did you put it is as a Gift Card? That is what my instructions said to do. Enter it as a gift card - not promotional code. Mine went thru fine.
