help with multi age group!!!

My friend will be arriving in june with her 4yearold ds 6 year old dd and 8 year old dd. Her husband will be at a conference the entire time and will NOT be going to the parks at all. Her older kids love the big rides tot, rnrcoaster, space mtn, etc. Her ds is too young and too short for any of these rides. Any suggestions on how to help all three kids ( and their Mom) have fun? Is there a babysitting service that provides sitters that could go into the parks to help with ds while my friend takes the older kids on one or 2 big rides. Thanks!

Can she bring a "sitter" with her ... perhaps an older cousin (14-16) or a neighbor's older child?

She and sitter could switch off so they'd each get a turn on the "big kid" rides.

I know a family that always brought a sitter along to help with the kids.
