Help with MK days

We are staying at Copper Creek and have 3 days in MK. On two of the days, we have lunch ADR’s at monorail resorts. One at Kona (Poly) and one at GF Cafe. (On the third day we have skipper canteen but that could change).

Does it make sense to go back to the park after our lunch at the resorts? Or would you head back to copper creek to take a longer break and return in the evening? We have dinner ADR’s back in the park but later (around 6:00 pm). I’m just wondering if people have felt with COVID a longer break back at the resort made sense just to get a breather. Thanks!

Bear in mind that the Poly monorail station is not currently open, so you'll want to take the boat or the bus there instead.

We are doing a similar plan on our MK day during New Years week. We are planning to go back to the park right after lunch. With the hours being more limited, wanted to get in as much time as possible.
For you though, since you have 3 days, maybe don’t need to do it all 3. (We are only doing 1 MK day.)

Since you have 3 days at the MK, I’d recommend taking it easy at least one of those days after your lunch. We found that the park was most crowded (and where social distancing was hardest) between 11-4.

On the other hand, park hours are minimal during certain months so you might want as much park time as possible to experience everything you want.

Thanks! Yes, that is what I’m struggling with. Whether to stick it out due to the shorter hours or take a longer break. I guess we’ll play it by ear.
