Help With Mix Max

Does anyone know how to put videos on the Mix Max? I've figured out how to download music onto my 7 year-old's Mix Max, but I'm having major problems getting most videos to load. We did go on Disney Mix Central and downloaded two videos. I was able to load one onto the Mix Max, but the other one didn't work. I've also heard of people being able to put You Tube videos onto the Mix Max. Does anyone know step by step how to do this? Right now, though, I'd be happy to be able to get the videos from Disney Mix Central onto the Mix Max! I should have gone with the ipod Nano. My 11 year old has one, and it seems much easier to use.
