Help with mini van rates

We are going to WDW on 10/20-10/24. I have an Emerald Aisle membership for National and the product code for $39.99/day. However, the website is telling me that Emerald Aisle is not available. Does anyone know what's up with that?

If I try to reserve w/out EA and use a different contract code, it will only give me the product code rate, not the discount. Soooo, is that product code not able to be used in conjunction with others?

Can I do better than $39.99/day on a Wed-Sun? We're probably going to be reserving 2 minivans, so I would like to get the best bet possible. Any ideas?

I'd go to Dollar, but I don't have a coupon to combine there either for those dates.

Others here know better than I, but I'm pretty sure the Emerald Aisle only guarantees you an Intermediate car. If you want something larger, you need to select Emerald Reserve. ER will allow you to go to the section in the garage that contains the size you reserved and you can select any vehicle from that section. You still get to bypass the counter.

At least that's the way I did it for my minivan reservation in Oct.

Now, does anyone know . . . Can I reserve two vans? If I do two separate reservations, is that possible, or will they only accept one when I get there? Or is that not possible since obviously only one driver would be the Emerald club member?
