Help With Making Dining Reservations From UK

Hi,

We are going 28th Nov - Dec 12th but are staying offsite so don't get free dining. I have looked at making reservations online, we only want to do a couple of restaurants, but couldn't get anything at all. I've heard I might get on better by calling to make reservations but I am being thick and can't figure out what number I need to dial from the UK (I think there is a country code then you knock of a 0 or something) and also I don't know what time to call, we are currently using British Summer Time so we are GMT+1 but I don't know what that equates to for opening hours for reservations and don't want to call when they are shut! Hopefully someone out there has the answers for me so I can try and get some reservations a.s.a.p. Thankyou in advance.

You need to phone 0844 200 9595 first (which gives you cheap calls to the US - 0.5p/min), then it should ask you to input the USA number you want to call, which is 001-407-939-3463 for dining.

Dining opens (UK time) at 12pm and shuts about 3am (as in the US they are open 7am to 10pm and we are 5 hours in front of them), but as you are not trying to get ressies exactly 90 days out, then I wouldn't think it matters too much if you don't phone exactly on the hour, but as long as you phone after 12pm you'll be fine

I would keep trying the online system, you can do that any time since you are already past your 90 day window, it will be a very expensive call, just remember the 45 day window is coming up for this time frame so some things may begin to open up in the next week as people cancel or don't pay for their trips (just got to hope they cancel their ressies) , if you can just check several times a day and change the hour in the time requested it will show you other resturants available, I tend to have better luck just looking up 1 day at a time vs the date range it gives more alternates this way.
