Help with Magic Band DISign for T's

Hi Amazing DISigners...we are planning a super special surprise trip for our kids this July. Hubby undergoing heart surgery next yr and we want to make this summer extra special. I have a DISign idea and was hoping one of you would be willing to take a stab at it???

Our Magic Band with different colored magic bands making a mickey-shape. Our names in the magic bands with 2014 on outside?
Names are: MOM, DAD, GRAMS, JACK, ALLIE

We plan to wear white colored t's do to the heat. Thank you in advance for anyone willing to do this, we greatly appreciate it SO much!!! It is just an idea and we love ALL the incredible work and talented DISigners in here. I wouldn't know how to begin trying to do it myself.

Thank You So Much! Love them If not too much trouble, could you duplicate the Surprise image with a blue background? My daughter can wear this one with purple background and my could wear blue.

There names are: Jack and Allie if wouldn't mind adding them in.
