This next trip will be the longest we have done. We usually stay for two nights and have done three once. We will be at the WL for five nights during Thanksgiving Wed- Mon. We are expecting HUGE crowds. Our daily plan is to get to a park EARLY (but not do an EE park), tour until after lunch and head back the resort. Unless it is really hot, we won't swim every day, but use the time for real resting/naps. We will drive everywhere, except MK. We have a few early nights planned- dinner at a resort, then back to the room. One night we will go to Epcot and the first night we will go to MK. Thanksgiving we will go to Epcot and then Chef Mickey's for dinner. We don't really have any "must-dos" . Our last night (DS' b-day), we will be attending the first MVMCP!

Sounds like you more or less have it figured out. What exactly did you need help with?

I've always stayed in WDW for 6 days, actually we set 2 aside to do US & IOA. But the other 4 we are in the Disney parks, early as we can get in. We usually take a break around lunch to go back to the hotel to eat & rest, then back into the parks until close. We went 2 years ago during Thanksgiving week. We made it there on a Saturday and checked out on the Friday. We did US & IOA the first 2 days, US was dead-we were able to ride without waits. We made the mistake of finishing our vacation in MK on Thanksgiving Day. I have never seen it so crowded before. You could hardly move around. But we made the best of it, that night the Christmas tree and the lights were so beautiful. It was a nice touch to end our vacation with. I loved the weather, it was nice and sorta cool. Cool enough that I didn't want to get in the swimming pool. It was kinda overcast too. I think the cool weather helped with the crowd situation. I hope you'll have a wonderful trip. I think we're gonna try to plan the one after this one during Easter week. I've heard it's crowded then too, but sometimes you've just gotta do it when you have school age kids.
:D :D :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Thanks! I guess I just need to know if I am allowing for enough down time. We don't have a "break day" set apart, but just plan to break every day and sometimes just do dinner and go to bed early. I don't want to get "disneyed out", but still have fun.
