Help with linking tickets

We are traveling to Disney World with another family-10 people total. I sent invitation emails and was able to link friends and family with everyone except one person. I keep resending the email and they keep accepting but nothing. I need to start making reservations tomorrow and I am worried that not everyone is on there. Any suggestions? I really don't want to call Disney.

Also, why can't I delete friends and family from previous trips?

I feel your pain, I dealt with this earlier this month. Unfortunately for me, a call was the only way to resolve this. I was on line 2+ hours, but I did call at probably not the best time. Id try in the morning. Once I got through they were able to fix me up in 5 minutes.
