Help with linking tickets to MDE

Hi everyone!

I've just scanned my tickets onto MDE through my phone app, I have received emails from Disney to say that I have successfully added a ticket to my account, however when I go back into MDE the only ticket showing is mine - which was scanned from a QR code, the others are bar coded tickets, could this make a difference and if so does anyone know how to get them to show up on there so I can make FP+ reservations?

Trying to remember what I did. I think I had to add the members of my party in first and then assign a ticket to them.
