Hi! I have input my 3 codes for my concessions cash. I am trying to redeem them, but it says I have to input a 14 digit code!?!?! Where do I get this? I don't have any email that contains the code? THanks

After we redeemed the codes, we got an email with the 14-digit code. It looks like the one below. The email came from kelloggs-toystory3@eprize.com. You click the link put in the code and then you can print the certificate.
