Help with Japan

We will be taking my step daughter with us for the first time and her only request is to stop and eat in Japan (EPCOT) This is one area we have never had a meal in, any suggestions Lunch or Dinner???

We haven't eaten at the CS restaurant there, but my DD13's favorite in the World is Teppanyaki! Lots of fun, and some say it is very like Benihana, but we do not have one of those near us, so we enjoy going to Teppanyaki when in Epcot. The only reason we are not going again in Sept. this year is that I wanted to try LeCellier!

Japan TS is one of my children's favorite meal. The chef makes it very intertaining. Everyone orders a there own combination of meat and it is prepared right in front of you.

You do share your table with other diners, a total of 8.

Whenever we take someone new to Disney the kids, now 18 and 16, insist on this restaurant.

Personally, the TS at Japan, we find to be lacking. My family visited last June and were very disappointed--the service and food were both lacking, and they said the chef looked bored--definitely not what they expected from a Disney restaurant, and they mentioned that the food from similar restaurants in our area is much better. However, we do like the CS restaurant in Japan, I never miss eating there when I visit.

The CS in Japan is wonderful...nothing to exciting to see, but the food is delicious. Very nice area to eat outside.

thanks everyone for your input. Would this be a good location to view Illuminations?? we usually are at England for the show.
