Help with Image?

I found this Image in the dISign gallery. i really love it but have 2 questions.

1. Is there any way to alter it so it simply says "Fairy Tales Do Come True...." where the wedding planner is?

2. What type of paper would i use for this since there is so much white in the disign? Dark/light? And what color shirt would it look best on?

As to Question #2. I don't know I have no experience with transfer paper. Just with editing.

You would either have to find the original artwork used or the original designer and ask if he/she has the original design still around.
