Hi everyone :D
Me and my df are looking to have a wedding pavillion wedding using the escape package. Currently we are looking at a Novermber 2015 wedding with around 11 guests all visiting along with us from the UK.
At the moment i'm a bit stuck as to what to after the wedding as a kind of reception event. We don't have a very large budget so a desert party/fire works cruise isn't possible for us and our guests understand that they might have to pay for some activities themselves.
We are also wondering about what to do for a welome party and or bachelor/bachelorette parties. I like the idea of having a group meal at Be our guest at some point and my DF likes the idea of drinking around the world at Epcot. I'm just stuck as to what to do! If anyone has any ideas or suggestions i'd love to hear them, Thanks in advance everyone :D

I don't know if this is in your budget, but your group size is perfect for the private room at Citricos. You would have to dine during their regular operating hours, but it's a fully enclosed room. The food and beverage minimum is $650.

Alternatively, plenty of Escape couples have just gone to a Disney resort restaurant after their ceremony for a meal. Whether or not you want to pay for you guests is up to you, but it's still usually cheaper than doing a private event. 1900 Park Fare and the Grand Floridian Cafe are popular, as is Ohana. The non-Disney restaurants at Downtown Disney are also very accommodating of large groups and will usually try to seat you in a section away from the rest of the crowd when you book a large-party reservation.

I got married @ WDW in 2001. I don't remember exactly of the cost of things but I can tell you what I did. My wedding consisted of 20 people, so it was small. Rehearsal dinner was at Polynesian. Luau style. It was great and highly recommend. Married at Wedding Pavilion, stayed @ GF. Reception was at Art of Animation ( I think that was the name). Anyway, it over looks downtown Disney. However, I think it's been totally redone and renamed. Had buffet. Husband wanted GOOD food and what HE liked. Prime rib, soups, salad, king crab legs, steamers, chicken dish, pasta station. It was very tasty. After reception and wedding cake, went to Epcot for dessert party/fireworks. Had roped off area for us. Highly recommend. You can do just about anything you want, within their rules/regulations.

Thanks for your suggestions ladies :) I've looked at the chef's domain and it's definitely a contender :D So ids the grand floridian cafe, mainly because of how nice the decor is so there's no need to add any extra :upsidedow
It will be definitely be hard to decide what we go with in the end
