Help with hours

This is my first WDW trip so bare with me. On 10/19 is the park open until 9:00 for everyone? Or is it just Magic Hours?

9 for everyone. EMH adds another 3 hours for resort guests.

I assume you mean the MK. If so, the park is open to everyone till 9:00PM and open to Disney Resort guests, with a wrist band, until midnight.
