Help with hotel

we are staying at the riverside at disney has anyone know of any rooms location that are good to request at this site

We also have no car hire but would like to eat of site any body got any ideas on loctions that are close and can be got to by taxi

The closest off site area is the Crossroads, there is loads of choice there, Perkins, Hooters, UNO, Pizza Hut amongst numerous others.

If you want to be close to the foodcourt and main bus deepo then Building 14 in the Bayou section is the one to go for

for eating ofsite you can go to outback one vineland+192 think about $20 each way.There are some good places near the crossroads you can eat at,we usaly walk there from Downtown disney then get a taxi back.
Also there are good eating places in the onsite hotels from bomas AKL to california grill at contempory. Prices onsite go from moderately priced to expencive if you want to look at menus/prices try www.allearsnet.com and go to dinning.For steak would recomend outback and offcorse there blooming onion erm lips drooling allready

We stayed in building 85 last time and it was close to a pool and the bus stop although the last one. But it was a nice walk to the food court.

if eating at crossroads would say take the bus to DD then taxi or walk its 3/4 of a mile from buss stop ot the trafic lights

Or catch the boat to DTD and then as Paulh says walk the rest or catch a taxi, theres always plenty there
