Help with hotel please...

Trying to book a trip to DL in Sept but I want a hotel within walking distance and free breakfast(prefer deluxe type) and as cheap as possible. We want to be there for a week so we are looking at Sept 15-22 or Sept 20-27. Are either dates better than the other? Which hotel would you recommend for a single mom travelling with an 8 & 10 year olds? Thank you for your help!

Park Vue Inn
Best Western Park Place Inn
Candy Cane Inn

If these don't look good I'd recommend staying anywhere on Harbor that is across from the blocks so you are within easy walking distance.
