Going on a Disney Cruise in a few weeks and I got an odd call from my Mother. She is NOT going on the cruise with me, but she received the cruise packet including my luggage tags!???! She is my emergency contact, but I thought that only included her cell phone number. I'm almost 50 and havent lived at home in 30 years. Does anyone know where that address could be hiding on the website?

I looked under my account and both the billing and shipping information are my correct home address.

I do help out my mom quite a bit, and I know I have her information saved in my browser, so I expect it auto filled in somewhere and I missed it. I just dont want it to happen again and want to clear out that information in the disney webpage. Any ideas where that might be?

I tried to call and Disney is not taking calls right now?!? They are too busy. I wish I could do that in my job.

Yikes to them not taking calls. Gosh, I've heard their customer service has really plummeted, but that's a new low!

I agree that something probably auto-filled. Hopefully it was a very specific "where to mail my tags" that comes up individually for each cruise, and won't happen again.

(Maybe people who do theme parks, then the cruise, ask for their cruise tags to be sent to their resort or something?)

Booking for the Fall 2023 itineraries opened yesterday. The phones are slammed -- probably all week.

OP - good luck with the address thing, that's one I haven't heard before. Somehow Disney has your old (your mom's) address connected to you. It reminds me of the PIN numbers WDW used to mail out to some individuals as an enticement to book, but it often was sent to an old address.

I had a similar thing happen. I booked my 8/11 cruise for 3 staterooms. I recently got divorced. They emailed my ex the covid regulations, thus alerting him to our plans to cruise. I was very unhappy. No where in my reservation did I have his name or his email listed. It was listed in the DCL app under my (now) adult daughter as a contact. The kicker is, there was no way to change that info prior to booking the cruise because you need a reservation number to get into the app. What if I had an abusive spouse and didn't want him to have any info on us? Thankfully we are on good terms, so it was fine. But I still didn't really want him to find out about the cruise that way. Good luck changing your address. Look everywhere in the app, on the website, etc. There may be somewhere it's hiding.

Oh, good call on @lanejudy and the opening of the 2023 cruises. It makes it even more strange I got a second copy to my home address the next day? So right now I'm hoping it was just my mistake when i put in the emergency contact and google chrome filled in her data when I typed her name, and it wont happen for my March Cruise or my Feb disney world trip.

Thanks for the insight everyone!
