Help with height requirements!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so its been 10yrs since I have been to USF so obviously I have not been to IOA. We spend alot of time at disney at least once a year and my 6 yr old can do everything but RockNRoller Coaster and I don't want her to ride mission space. Of course her favorite rides are the big ones Tower of Terror (she could ride this one all day long if they would let her), Big Thunder, Splash, and Space Mountain. She will ride Mt. Everest for the first time in December. I guess what I am trying to say is that we go there because we know she can do everything but I am not sure what she can do at USF/IOA. I would also like info on people with disabilities there as well. Any and all help will be great because my hubby is tired of always going to Disney. We will always go to Disney but it would be nice to take a trip to USF again.
