We will be traveling to Montreal next July (thank you for all the great responses on a previous thread) and decided to add Quebec City to our plans for a few days. Since we will be driving, we are looking at a good place to overnight. We have already visited Kingston, and would like to try another location. We will be traveling from Pittsburgh PA. Is Brockville worth considering? We’d like a little downtown area that we could explore by foot and grab something to eat.
Any advice?
Thank you all for your kindness.

We have also been there to go to the Aquatarium, a museum about the 1000 Islands geared more for kids, and done a 1000 Island boat tour which was really nice, it was a shorter one, a couple hours I believe. The tour leaves from the harbour area and that area is very nice, right on the river. The town is smaller than Kingston so less to do I would imagine. But I am sure you could find things to do, and some nice places to eat (that aren't the fast food my son enjoys lol)
